Refund & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept your return within 7 days of receiving your item if item is not satisfactory.
To request a return, simply  email zayielondon@gmail.com with your order number.

Requirements for a return/exchange:

* Item must be in the same condition it was received in.
* Item must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of order being received. Please email zayielondon@gmail.com for return details. 
* Any purchases made during the sale are not eligible for return 
* Please ensure Item must be unwashed, unworn & have no traces of perfume or deodorant.
* Item must be in the original packaging
* Item must be shipped within 3 days of refund/exchange approval to avoid inconvenience for a refund. If an item is returned over the 7 days time frame it is no longer valid for a return request & will be sent back to you.
* Pre - ordered items are not eligible for returns as these are manufactured only once you purchase your size
Shipping costs:
* Customer is responsible for covering return shipment costs
* If requested customer has to provide evidence of delivery - tracking details
